Annie recently joined the team and feels very lucky to be here. She earned her degree from the University of Tennessee in Business Administration, with a major in Business Analytics and a concentration in Marketing. After graduating, she focused on finding a role at a company with a strong culture, and after meeting the team, she knew this was the type of environment she had been hoping for.

Since starting, Annie has been learning from everyone and taking on a variety of responsibilities. She has helped organize and clean up data, assisted with client meetings, and worked on streamlining internal processes. She enjoys that each day looks different and that her role allows her to combine problem-solving with client interaction and behind the scenes work. The team’s willingness to teach and support her has allowed her to learn a great deal in a short amount of time.

Annie grew up in Annapolis and has always loved spending time on the water, whether she’s wakeboarding, paddle boarding, or boating. Outside of work, she enjoys running, yoga, live music, and spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.

During college, Annie discovered a passion for understanding the “why” behind data and seeing real decisions come to life through analysis. She is excited to bring that mindset into her work and contribute wherever she can.
